1. Legitimacy & Guarantees
What is Pay Per Lead?
Pay Per Lead is a Lead that is generated by MegaLeads SA for your specific industry. You do not pay for clicks or impressions. You pay for the Leads you receive.
This Service Sounds too good to be true, is it Legit?
Yes, absolutely! We are a registered company in South Africa that has been in lead generation for many years. Should you want to contact any of our happy customers in your industry, please let us know.
We are more than happy to share their contact details with you, once we have spoken to them and been given consent.
Does Mega Leads offer a Money-Back Guarantee?
Unfortunately we don’t. Should you not be happy after 90 days we will refund you for your remaining credits.
Do we guarantee a set amount of Leads?
Unfortunately we don’t. We are in no control of how many incoming leads come in for various industries. Some industries may receive more incoming leads than others.
2. Lead Quality & Management
Are the Leads targeted?
Yes, they are. Leads are targeted for your specific industry and as soon as we receive them with consent of the client, we send them on to you.
What happens to your paid lead should the client not use your services?
Should a client not want to use your services due to your pricing being too high or perhaps not able to meet their deadline, 1 credit will be deducted. The lead will not be re-credited. The lead you could not help will then be sent onto another independent service provider who perhaps can.
Possible reasons a client may not use your service:
- Your services or products pricing is too expensive
- Unable to meet the clients deadline regarding the product or service
- Unprofessional communication between yourself and the client (Phone Call, Sms, Email, WhatsApp)
- Not being able to offer a warranty on services or products provided
- Not being professional enough in person when meeting with the client
- Not making contact with the client within 20 minutes of receiving the lead
Are the deals guaranteed from the Leads?
Nothing in life is guaranteed. We do guarantee the quality and uniqueness of the business leads. However, we cannot close your business deal for you. We can advise on how you should sell and market yourself telephonically, but the sale is in your own hands.
How do I get cheaper Leads?
Buy a bigger package. The bigger the package, the cheaper the Leads.
Do you close the deal for me?
No. Our business is focused on getting the Leads, not doing the sale for you.
3. Signing Up & Membership
How do I signup my company?
Contact us and complete the relevant signup documents. Additional company documentation will be required too.
Am I bound to any contract?
There is no contract. Simply buy a package and your profile is uploaded with the credits. 1 credit = 1 Lead.
Are there membership fees?
No.
Do I pay any commission?
No.
4. Credits & Payments
Do credits expire?
No, they don’t.
Can credits be re-credited if there is a mistake with the lead?
Yes. Credits can be re-credited if they meet the following criteria:
- The lead is not for your industry
- The lead is not for your area
If any other issue with the lead, please contact customer care.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are not refundable unless we haven’t been able to send you leads after a 90 day period. The balance of your credits will be paid out at the same lead rate when you purchased them.
How do I buy more credits?
Make another payment and your profile will get topped-up with the additional credits.
How do I earn FREE Credits?
Earn FREE Credits with successful referrals. We shall not only be grateful but we shall reward you too with a FREE Lead. This reward is only given once payment from your friend is received. The FREE Lead is a once-off thank-you for that signup.
5. Support & Referrals
Do you have a dedicated customer care agent that handles disputes with leads?
Yes we do. Should there be a problem with any lead for whatever reason, please contact customer care.
My credits are not loaded please help?
Call, email or WhatsApp and we shall assist you.
Do you have a Landline Sales number for me to contact you on?
We have two Sales numbers available:

Can I refer my friends with businesses that want Leads too?
Absolutely! We shall not only be grateful but we shall reward you too with a FREE Lead. This reward is only given once payment from your friend is received. The FREE Lead is a once-off thank-you for that signup.
Can I visit your offices and discuss a package?
Unfortunately not. We are more than happy to do a Zoom or WhatsApp video call to answer all your questions.
6. Managing Leads & Policies
I’m going on holiday, can I pause my Leads?
Yes, you can. Please contact us via WhatsApp, email or call us.
How do I resume my Leads?
Please contact us via WhatsApp, email or call us.
Can I cancel my package and receive a refund?
Your package may only be cancelled if you do not receive any leads after 90 days. The refund is calculated at the same rate you purchased the credits for.
Does Mega Leads reserve the right to Pause your Package?
Yes. Mega Leads reserves the right to Pause your Package at any given time.
Reasons why a package will be paused:
- An outstanding dispute between yourself and the client. Once resolved it will be un-paused.
- Complaints from customers. It will be investigated and once resolved it will be un-paused.
- Not following procedure once you receive a lead.
Does Mega Leads reserve the right to cancel your package?
Yes. Mega Leads reserves the right to cancel any package at any time.
Reasons why a package will be cancelled:
- Poor Customer Service
- Complaints from customers on poor service delivery
- Any form of theft
- Threatening customer care
- Not following procedure once you receive a lead
Do I get refunded for a cancelled package?
Yes. Mega Leads will refund you for the remaining credits. The refund is calculated at the same rate you purchased the credits for.
7. Testing Our Service
Can I have FREE leads to test your service?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free leads. What we are prepared to do, is send you various leads for your specific industry. These leads however won’t include the customer’s contact details. This way you get to test our service and see what’s happening in your industry.
Leads can only be sent to vetted independent service providers with registered companies in South Africa. They will have completed all the paperwork and agreed to our terms and conditions.
