You will need a recently certified copy of your South African ID Document (or Passport for foreigners) and valid contact details.
NAME CHOICES
Have at least 4 proposed company names ready. CIPC will process them in order of preference and assign the first available one.

THE STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS
Getting your company registered and joining the MegaLeads platform is a straightforward process. MegaLeads is not affiliated with CIPC, but we have outlined the standard process below for your convenience.
CREATE A CIPC ACCOUNT
Go to the official CIPC eServices website. Register as a customer by providing your ID and contact details to get your unique Customer Code. It’s completely free to set up your profile.
DEPOSIT FUNDS
Deposit the required registration fee (usually R175 for a standard company) into the CIPC bank account. Crucial: You must use your exact Customer Code as the payment reference so the funds allocate to your profile.
RESERVE NAME & REGISTER
Once your funds reflect, log in and reserve your company name. After name approval, follow the portal prompts to register your Private Company. You will be asked to upload your certified ID document.
JOIN MEGALEADS
Once CIPC emails your official registration documents (COR14.3) featuring your Company Registration (CK) Number, you are ready! Head over to our registration page to claim your territory.
